Dr.Kōanga® Prestige Natural Compound Advanced Serum
Botanical extracts × modern skincare science
Target visible fine lines from the first application—then reinforce smoother, firmer-looking skin with continued use.
Dr.Kōanga® Prestige Natural Compound Advanced Serum is powered by LIFT Oléoactif®, an eco-designed botanical active developed for both immediate and progressive wrinkle-smoothing care. Acmella and Astragalus extracts work alongside safflower seed oil and Coenzyme Q10 to visibly refine uneven microtexture, soften the appearance of fine lines and support a more supple, resilient-looking complexion.
The fluid, non-greasy texture spreads easily and leaves the skin feeling comfortable rather than heavy. It can be used in both morning and evening routines by those seeking hydration, skin-conditioning and age-supportive care in one serum.
Oléoactif®
LIFT Oléoactif® | Patented eco-extracted firming complex
LIFT Oléoactif® is a 100% plant-based cosmetic active produced using the patented Oleo-eco extraction process. It concentrates complementary biomolecules from Acmella and Astragalus in an oil-based system designed to support skin delivery. Acmella supplies spilanthol, described by the ingredient developer as a rapidly acting phyto-tensor, while Astragalus contributes flavonoids and saponins associated with hydration, suppleness and collagen-network support.
This multi-pathway approach is designed to act on both expression-related surface creasing and the progressive loss of skin elasticity. The result is skin that can look smoother and tighter soon after application, with a more refined appearance of established fine lines when used consistently.
LIFT Oléoactif® is sometimes described as having a “botox-like” cosmetic effect. It is not botulinum toxin, does not contain injectable Botox and should not be expected to reproduce a medical procedure.
Visible Fine-Line and Smoothing Performance
Supplier testing of LIFT Oléoactif® in specific test formulations found measurable changes in wrinkle appearance and skin microrelief from the first application, with effects strengthening over continued use.
Ingredient-supplier studies: 1% study, 10 women aged 61–65 for wrinkle assessment and 12 women aged 49–60 for skin microrelief; 5% study, 33 women aged 47–64. Results relate to the supplier's test formulations, not necessarily to the finished Dr.Kōanga® serum. Individual results may vary.
Botanicals
Acmella × Astragalus
Acmella—commonly identified in cosmetic materials as Acmella oleracea or Spilanthes acmella—is frequently used in firming formulations to support a smoother-looking skin surface. Astragalus contains multiple classes of plant compounds and is primarily used topically for antioxidant and skin-conditioning support, helping the complexion maintain a more resilient appearance under everyday environmental stress.
Seed Oil
Safflower Seed Oil | Barrier-softening emollient
Safflower seed oil supplies fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, that function as emollient lipids on the skin surface. It helps reduce the feel of dryness, roughness and tightness while maintaining softness in the stratum corneum. Its light oil phase also serves as a suitable carrier for oil-compatible plant actives without creating an excessively heavy finish.
Coenzyme Q10 | Lipid-soluble antioxidant support
Coenzyme Q10 is a lipid-soluble antioxidant used in skincare to help counter oxidative stress associated with daily ultraviolet and pollution exposure. As part of a consistent topical routine, it may support a softer, more revitalised skin appearance. It does not replace broad-spectrum sunscreen when the serum is used during the day.

*This table lists the key active ingredients currently disclosed by the brand and is not a complete INCI ingredient list. The concentrations of individual active ingredients have not been published. Always refer to the packaging received for the current full ingredient list and directions.
Directions
- Use morning and evening after cleansing. If using a toner, apply the serum afterwards.
- Dispense an appropriate amount and dot it over the face and neck, avoiding the eyes and mucous membranes.
- Gently smooth from the centre of the face outwards, then pat lightly until absorbed without pulling the skin.
- Follow with moisturiser. In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Precautions
- For external use only. Those with sensitive skin should patch test behind the ear or along the jawline and observe for 24–48 hours before full-face use.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes. Rinse thoroughly with water if accidental eye contact occurs.
- Discontinue use and seek professional advice if persistent burning, marked redness, itching or a rash develops.
- If using retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids, salicylic acid or high-strength vitamin C, introduce products gradually or alternate their use to reduce cumulative irritation.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep out of reach of children.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
The available brand information does not provide specific safety data for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Because the complete INCI list is not currently available, check the ingredient list on the physical packaging and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patch testing is advisable if the skin is sensitive or the barrier is compromised.
A Note on Cosmetic Firming Claims
In cosmetic skincare, terms such as “firming”, “lifting” and “fine-line reduction” generally refer to improvements in hydration, surface texture, light reflection and the visible appearance of elasticity. They do not imply the permanent structural changes associated with injectable or procedural treatments. Consistent moisturisation, daily broad-spectrum sun protection and limiting smoking and excessive ultraviolet exposure remain fundamental to reducing premature skin ageing.
