Suggested Formula Per Use

*Formulated fresh before each use. Store oils in a cool, dark place. Keep carrier oil ready for dilution.

How to mix:

In a clean palm or glass bowl, add 10ml of Sweet Almond Oil. Then drop in the essential oils one by one: 4 drops Chamomile Roman (3% in jojoba), 2 drops Ginger, and 2 drops Juniper Berry. Stir gently with a glass stick or your clean fingertip until well blended. Use immediately for massage on legs, feet, or other affected areas.

How to Use

After preparing your personalized blend, apply it to affected areas such as calves, ankles, lower back, or feet. Gently massage for 10–15 minutes using upward, circular motions, ideally after bathing or foot soaking.

  • Massage method: Use both hands to glide upward from ankles to knees, or follow the sciatic nerve path from the hip down to the heel.
  • Tools: You may use a gua sha board or wooden massage roller for deeper stimulation—apply gentle, consistent pressure along tense or numb areas.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or inflamed skin.
  • Always dilute essential oils with carrier oil before applying to skin.
