Phase II of the Holistic Nutrition program is designed to provide participants with supervised, practical experience in the field of nutrition. This 12-week phase focuses on applying the knowledge gained in Phase I to real-world scenarios, with guidance from experienced mentors. By immersing participants in hands-on practice, Phase II bridges the gap between theoretical learning and professional competency, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for advanced registration and career opportunities. (4 weeks online course + 1 online exam)

The primary objectives of Phase II are to:

  • Enable participants to gain practical experience in applying nutritional knowledge to real-world cases.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance from established professionals in the field.
  • Prepare participants for Level 3 Public Nutritionist Registration in China, a globally recognised credential.
  • Develop professional skills essential for working in clinical, community, or wellness settings.

Structure Phase II is a 4-week program that includes:

  1. Supervised Practical Experience:
  • Participants will work under the mentorship of a Registered Nutritionist (affiliated with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand) or a Registered Dietitian (affiliated with the New Zealand Dietetic Association).
  • Practical assignments and case studies will be used to simulate real-world challenges faced by nutrition professionals.
  1. Personalised Mentorship:
  • Weekly one-on-one sessions with mentors to discuss progress, refine skills, and address challenges.
  • Feedback on case studies and practical assignments to ensure mastery of applied nutrition practices.
  1. Professional Development:

  • Continuous feedback ensures that participants meet the standards required for professional practice.
